No, he clearly is NOT calling on all the races to get the vote out, ONLY Blacks and Latinos. What happened to the rest of America?

Doesn’t he leave you with the impression that he believes he has accomplished all of the goals he has set out to accomplish? So, I suppose, he’s back on the campaign trail.
